Moraph Certified Government Specialist: certification training
Prepare for the Moraph Certified Government Specialist exam with condensed reviews of the six required courses, worked scenarios, knowledge checks and a practice exam.
About this course
This course prepares you for the Moraph Certified Government Specialist exam. It explains how the certification and its adaptive exam work, then reviews the six required courses in three modules: FOIA and permitting, local government and federal civilian programs, and federal cloud and defense mission systems. Each review condenses the key concepts, rules and common traps, and works through new scenarios where you decide what to do before reading the reasoning. Every example is fictional and unclassified.
Use it alongside the required courses, not instead of them. Complete the required courses first, because the exam stays locked until you do. Then build your study plan, work through the reviews and knowledge checks, and go back to the source lessons wherever you are unsure. Finish with the practice exam, which draws 20 of 40 new questions each time you take it. It is practice only: it does not count towards the certification, and the real exam is adaptive.
What you’ll be able to do
- Explain what the Moraph Certified Government Specialist certification covers and how the adaptive exam routes, scores and passes you
- Plan your preparation around the topics in each required course that need the most review
- Recall the key rules, procedures and limits of Moraph's FOIA and permitting products and apply them to new situations
- Apply the decision rules of Moraph's local government and federal civilian products, including who prepares, who approves and what each product never does
- Describe accurately who makes an authorization decision, what Moraph's federal cloud products provide, and how the defense products enforce two-person rules
- Test your readiness with a practice exam that mixes easy, medium and hard questions from all six courses

Course completion records and certificates of completion show that a person completed a Moraph Academy course. They are not a Moraph certification (which needs the certification exam), a professional license or an accreditation, and they do not authorize anyone to configure, operate, resell or support Moraph products on Moraph’s or anyone else’s behalf.
