Academy terms of use

These terms cover your use of Moraph Academy (academy.moraph.com), Moraph’s training site for clients and partners. Your Moraph client or partner account terms also apply.

What the Academy is for

Use it to learn how to use, administer, implement and support Moraph products. Course content is guidance; your organization’s agreements with Moraph set what Moraph provides.

Completion records and certificates

Course completion records and certificates of completion show that a person completed a Moraph Academy course. They are not a professional certification, license or accreditation, and they do not authorize anyone to configure, operate, resell or support Moraph products on Moraph’s or anyone else’s behalf.

Who can see your progress

If your organization (or partner firm) assigns you training, its training administrators can see whether you have started or completed the assigned courses, and your completion records. They don’t see your answers or scores. Moraph staff who run the Academy can see your progress and results.

Your account

Accounts are for one person. Keep your password to yourself and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

Your information

We use what you give us here to run the service and to work with you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Where a signed agreement between your organization and Moraph covers the same subject, the agreement takes precedence over these terms.

Acceptable use

Don't try to access accounts or information that aren't yours, probe or disrupt the service, or upload anything unlawful. To report a security problem, see our vulnerability disclosure policy.
