Digital Member Onboarding (KYC/CIP)
Credit union and community bank operations products
Use Moraph's onboarding, loan participation, construction draw, Call Report, board packet and cash logistics products the way they are designed, with the right person making each decision.
About this course
Credit unions and community banks run many specialist processes alongside their core system: opening accounts online, selling and buying loan participations, funding construction draws, filing the quarterly Call Report, preparing board packets and keeping ATMs and vaults supplied with cash. Moraph offers a product for each of these, and they share a common pattern: records that move through stages, separate roles for preparing and approving, and an audit trail that examiners can follow.
This course takes you through the six products one at a time, with worked examples using fictional institutions such as Example Credit Union. You learn the everyday tasks, the settings administrators look after, and, just as important, where each product stops: none of them moves money, makes credit decisions or replaces the judgment of your BSA officer, signing officer or counsel.
What you’ll be able to do
- Explain how Digital Member Onboarding verifies, screens and routes applications, and work an exception to a recorded resolution
- Prepare, screen and allocate a loan participation, and review a remittance batch in the Shared-Risk Loan Syndication Engine
- Reconcile a construction draw request against inspection evidence, retainage and conditions before approval
- Take a quarterly filing in the Automated Call Report Filer from data load through validation, review and recorded submission
- Build, publish and control a board packet, and record votes, recusals and minutes in the Board Governance & Packet Portal
- Review and approve replenishment plans and work cash discrepancies in the ATM & Cash Logistics Optimizer
- Tell which decisions each product makes for you and which stay with your officers, counsel and staff
