About this course

Moraph builds its own software for banks, credit unions, health systems, life sciences organizations and public agencies, and it resells, implements and runs the partner platforms around that software. This course explains what that means in practice: what Moraph offers, how the company is organized to look after systems around the clock, and which Moraph site you use for which job.

The last module walks through how an engagement runs, from the first conversation to ongoing operations: the ways organizations buy, the phases of an implementation, what Moraph needs from your side, and how changes and escalations are handled. Commercial terms, service levels and contacts for your own organization are always the ones in your agreement with Moraph, not in this course.

What you’ll be able to do

  • Explain what Moraph does for regulated financial services, healthcare and government organizations
  • Tell the difference between Moraph's own software, the managed platforms around it and professional services
  • Describe how Moraph is organized and how follow-the-sun operations keep client systems looked after around the clock
  • Choose the right Moraph site (Portal, Apps, Support, Docs, Academy, Status or Trust Center) for a given need
  • Describe the four engagement models and the phases an implementation moves through
  • Explain how success is agreed, how changes are approved and how problems are escalated
