About this course

Federal civilian agencies run programs that depend on careful records and clear accountability: verifying information held by another agency, bringing new employees on board, auditing and investigating, deciding benefit claims, reviewing grant applications, examining patents and trademarks, maintaining tax rules, managing trust land, inspecting food facilities, enumerating households, mapping suppliers and searching diplomatic reporting. Moraph offers a product for each, and they share a common design: records that move through stages, separate roles for proposing and approving, and an audit trail that oversight bodies can follow.

This course takes you through the twelve products in three modules, with worked examples using fictional agencies and records such as Example Agency A and Claim 10482. You learn the everyday tasks, the settings administrators look after and, just as important, where each product stops. None of them decides lawfulness, eligibility, ownership, patentability, classification or enforcement: those decisions stay with your agency's authorized people.

What you’ll be able to do

  • Explain how the Data Bridge, Onboarding Passport and OIG Audit Case Management keep sharing, onboarding and oversight work within agreements and need to know
  • Work a veterans claim, a peer review panel and a prior art or similar-mark search so that every proposal is decided and explained by a person
  • Draft, test and release a tax rule version, and record a trust title change and distribution run, using effective dates correctly
  • Approve inspection plans and enumeration assignments, and handle offline work, synchronization conflicts and quality flags
  • Review supply chain findings and archive search results, and record the decisions that belong to contracting, classification and security officials
  • Tell which decisions each product supports and which stay with your agency's officials, counsel and staff

Skills you’ll gain

  • Agreement-based data sharing
  • Pre-employment case tracking
  • Oversight casework and chain of custody
  • Reviewing machine proposals with recorded reasons
  • Effective-dated rules and ownership
  • Field operations supervision
