About this course

This course is for the people who use and administer five Moraph products that sit around clinical research and specialist care: the Clinical Trial Patient Recruitment App, Grant & Site Payment Manager, the Tumor Board Collaboration Platform, Residency Program Manager and Payer Contract Lifecycle Management. Each product has its own records and roles, but they share a pattern: the software gathers the evidence and moves the work along, and named people make the decisions and sign them off.

You will work through realistic examples with fictional data, practice one reconciliation on paper, and finish with an assessment drawn from the whole course. The course explains how the products behave as Moraph documents them. Your own organization's policies, delegation logs, approval limits and regulatory obligations always take precedence, and nothing here is legal, clinical or compliance advice.

What you’ll be able to do

  • Work trial referrals, send the current approved consent version and follow participant reports through to investigator assessment
  • Explain why consent versions, countersignatures and reconsent are controlled, and keep a study ready for monitoring
  • Match research visits to study budgets, prepare invoices and site payment requests, and reconcile sponsor payments
  • Prepare a tumor board case for presentation and record a confirmed recommendation
  • Review resident work-hour exceptions and procedure logs without treating the product as an ACGME system
  • Work payer underpayment variances from the repricing calculation and route overpayments to compliance

Skills you’ll gain

  • Electronic consent and reconsent
  • Research visit reconciliation
  • Tumor board preparation
  • Work-hour exception review
  • Underpayment variance review
  • Separation of duties
