About this course

Moraph resells, implements and runs third-party platforms as managed services, among them Okta for Identity Access Management, Smarsh for Communication Archiving, CrowdStrike Falcon for Endpoint Detection & Response, SailPoint for Identity Governance and ServiceNow for Federal Service Management. In each one, three parties share the work: the vendor runs the platform, Moraph configures and operates your use of it, and your organization makes the policy, access and risk decisions.

This course explains how that arrangement works in practice. You will learn to read the responsibilities table for your service, take part in onboarding, approve and maintain a configuration baseline, use change requests and exceptions, handle incidents and vendor outages, and get the most from service reviews, licensing discussions and, when the time comes, exit. Examples use fictional organizations and data.
