About this course

Every Moraph software product your organization uses has a workspace in Moraph Apps, and someone has to look after it: decide what records look like and how they move, make sure the right people have the right access, keep integration keys under control and change things without surprising anyone. This course is for the product administrators who do that work, and for the organization administrators and compliance staff who work alongside them.

The course covers the administration that is the same in every Moraph product. Each product also has its own settings, record types and roles, described in its documentation at docs.moraph.com, so the examples here use fictional data and you should check the details for your product before you act on them.

What you’ll be able to do

  • Configure record types, fields, workflow stages and allowed moves without breaking references or integrations
  • Explain how organization access, product roles and product-specific roles fit together
  • Apply separation of duties to approvals, configuration and integration keys
  • Run a product access review and keep a record of it
  • Use Activity and the audit trail to answer who changed what and when
  • Create, scope, rotate and revoke Work API keys and handle reports and exports responsibly
  • Plan configuration changes and judge whether a product is ready to go live
