About this course

This course teaches you to use six Moraph products that keep a hospital and its services running: the Hospital Command Center Dashboard, Ambulance Run Data Sync, the Surgical Block Scheduling Optimizer, Physician On-Call Scheduling, the Home Health Logistics Planner, and Virtual Waiting Room & Intake. Each product brings information from systems you already run into one place, highlights what needs attention, and records who decided what and why.

One idea runs through the whole course: the products support decisions, they don't make them. Your bed managers place patients, your charge nurses activate teams, your committee allocates block time, your chiefs approve schedules and your managers approve corrections. You will learn what each product shows, what each role can do, and how to keep the record accurate, using fictional examples throughout.

What you’ll be able to do

  • Read the bed board, ED boarding and expected discharge views, and record discharge barriers, huddle actions and surge level changes correctly
  • Prepare for ambulance arrivals from pre-arrival records, record activation decisions and confirm patient matches
  • Respond to block release suggestions, use case duration estimates and prepare evidence for an allocation review
  • Build and maintain on-call schedules from department rules, handle swaps and answer point-in-time call questions
  • Publish home health schedules and routes, re-plan after cancellations and resolve EVV exceptions with reason codes and approval
  • Work a telehealth readiness queue so patients reach the clinician with forms, consents, payment and a working device
  • Decide which problems belong to Moraph Support and which belong to your own teams, vendors or policy owners
