Practitioner certification
Moraph Certified Financial Services Specialist
Shows working knowledge of Moraph's financial services products, from BSA/AML and third-party risk to lending operations, wealth compliance, model governance and security platforms.
About this certification
For people at banks, credit unions, broker-dealers and wealth managers who use or evaluate Moraph products, and the partners who implement them.
To earn it, complete the required courses, then pass the certification exam. The exam draws its questions from across those courses, so review them before you start.
Prepare for the exam: the certification training course (about 90 minutes) reviews what the exam covers, explains how the adaptive exam works and is scored, and ends with a practice exam that doesn't count towards the certification.
Skills it validates
Step 1: complete the required courses
Step 2: pass the certification exam
- An adaptive exam: 30 questions in 3 sections, drawn from a bank of 478. Each section gets harder if you did well in the one before, or easier if you didn’t, and harder questions are worth more.
- A retake doesn’t repeat questions you have already answered until you have seen the whole bank, and it leans towards the courses you found hardest.
- Pass mark: 80%. Attempts: 3. If you use them all, Moraph’s Academy team can grant another after you have reviewed the material.
- Taken online, without a proctor, when you are ready. The exam opens once every required course is complete.
Step 3: share and renew
Your credential has a code (MC-XXXX-XXXX) anyone can check at academy.moraph.com/verify, a printable credential and a badge you can add to your profile. It is valid for 24 months. From 90 days before it expires, you can renew it by passing the exam again.
What a Moraph certification means
A Moraph certification shows that the holder completed the required Moraph Academy courses and passed the certification exam, taken online without a proctor, on the date shown, and that it is current until its expiry date. It is not a professional license or accreditation, and it does not authorize anyone to configure, operate, resell or support Moraph products on Moraph’s or anyone else’s behalf.
